Founded by Sam after his mum died suddenly, we’re a group of people who work in death because we’ve been affected by it. We know the difference a good plan makes, and what it’s like when there isn’t one.

The Role
We are hiring an experienced and motivated Head of Sales to join our Estate Planning team! This team helps existing customers who have started one of our online products (a will, LPA etc), but may require extra support via various channels such as phone, live chat, email and in person home visits.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, have a deep understanding of the sales process within a high growth environment, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive a team towards achieving sales targets and revenue goals. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing the sales team, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
