Your documents have been securely transferred to Octopus Legacy’s state-of-the-art storage facility. You can be assured that your will is safely stored. This includes clients that we took on from: Brook Worthy Law, County Wills & Probate, Exchequer Wills, Jamieson Reed, Lawbrook Grace, Net Lawman, North East Wills, Securitas, Sinclair Partnership, Willmakers of Sheffield, Worthy Legal Services and Yorwill.

Are my documents safe and where are they stored?
Your documents are safe and secure. They are being professionally stored in one of Octopus Legacy’s world-class accredited will storage facilities, which are fireproof, waterproof and secured with monitored intruder alarms, CCTV and access control measures. They can be accessed at any time by contacting the Octopus Legacy team on 0330 808 1658.
Will there be any changes to fees?
My Life Law has joined Octopus Legacy to ensure the continued safe and secure storage of your will, there will be no changes to your fees. Any payments you are making on either a monthly or annual basis will continue to provide you with storage of documents and free amendments where this was included in the original agreement.

You will receive a letter, if you haven't already, confirming that Octopus Legacy are responsible for the care and safe storage of your key document. Please bear with us, as there are thousands of you to contact. Our team may try to get in touch once you've been sent a letter to confirm you’ve received it.
What if I need to access my documents?
These documents belong to you and you can access them at any time. Just call our team on 0330 808 1658.

My Life Law is my executor, what do I do?
Please get in touch with our customer support team on 0330 808 1658 where you can either update or amend your will for free, thanks to our charity partners WWF, NSPCC, ActionAid, Canal & River Trust and RNIB or gain more information from our expert team.
What if the will I had stored with My Life Law isn't up to date?
Patrick and the Octopus Legacy team are here to help ensure your will still reflects your current wishes, the team and I are offering a free call to review your will. It is generally recommended that a will is reviewed every five years anyway, or any time life changes, so now is a perfect excuse to make sure everything is in order.
