After more than 30 years helping families plan for the future, Will Power Estate Protection is stepping back, and has chosen Octopus Legacy to look after its clients and the safe storage of their wills.
If Will Power stored your will, or you've worked with Liz and the team on your estate planning, your documents have been securely transferred to Octopus Legacy's accredited will storage facility. Your will is safe, nothing about the will itself has changed, and there's nothing you need to do.

Are my documents safe and where are they stored?
Your documents are safe and secure. They are professionally stored in one of Octopus Legacy's accredited will storage facilities, which are fireproof, waterproof and secured with monitored intruder alarms, CCTV and access control measures. You can access them at any time by contacting our team on 020 4652 6239.
Does the change affect my will?
No. Your will is exactly as you wrote it, the change only affects where it's stored and who looks after it on your behalf.
What if I need to access my documents, or want them returned?
Your will belongs to you, and you can access it or have it returned to you at any time. Just call our team on 020 4652 6239.

My will names Will Power / Liz as Executor – what do I do?

What if my will isn't up to date?
Life changes and your will should too. The Law Society recommends reviewing your will every five years or anytime you experience a major life change such as getting married, growing your family, moving home, or getting separated or divorced. Can I still contact Liz and the Will Power team?
Will Power is no longer taking on new clients or new work. For anything to do with your will, lasting power of attorney, probate or estate planning, Octopus Legacy is now the team to call, Will Power chose us carefully to carry on looking after you.
